The Country of Falapi伐臘毗國
伐臘毗國周六千餘里，國大都城周三十餘里。土地所產，氣序所宜，風俗人性，同摩臘婆國。居人殷盛，家室富饒，積財百億者乃有百餘室矣。遠方奇貨，多聚其國。伽藍百餘所，僧徒六千餘人，多學小乘正量部法。天祠數百，異道寔多。
The country of Falapi is more than six thousand li around. The great capital city of the country is more than thirty li around. What the soil brings forth, what the seasons suit, the customs and the nature of the people, are the same as in the country of Molapo. The people who live there are many and thriving and every house is rich, and there are more than a hundred houses that have heaped up wealth to a hundred million. Strange goods from far regions gather in great number in this country. The monasteries are more than a hundred and the monks more than six thousand, and most of them study the Law of the Zhengliang school of the Lesser Vehicle. The temples of the gods are several hundred, and the followers of other ways are truly many.
2The country where the Tathagata journeyed often
如來在世，屢遊此國，故無憂王於佛所止，皆樹旌表，建窣堵波。過去三佛坐及經行說法之處，遺跡相間。
While the Tathagata was in the world he journeyed often in this country, and so King Wuyou set up a mark at every place where the Buddha had stayed and raised a stupa there. The places where the three Buddhas of the past sat, and walked, and spoke the Law, have left their traces here and there among them.
3King Dulupobazha
今王，剎帝利種也，即昔摩臘婆國屍羅阿叠多王之侄，今羯若鞠阇國屍羅阿叠多王之子婿，號杜魯婆跋咤。情性躁急，智謀淺近，然而淳信三寶，歲設大會七日，以殊珍上味，供養僧眾。三衣醫藥之價，七寶奇貴之珍，既以總施，倍價酬贖。貴德尚賢，尊道重學，遠方高僧，特加禮敬。
The king of today is of the Kshatriya stock. He is the nephew of King Shiluoadieduo of the country of Molapo of old and the son-in-law of King Shiluoadieduo of the country of Jieruojushe today, and he is named Dulupobazha. His will and his nature are hasty and quick, and his wisdom and his counsel are shallow and near. Yet he believes in the Three Jewels with a pure heart, and every year he holds a great assembly for seven days and offers rare things and the finest flavors to the host of monks. When he has given away all of it, the price of the three robes and of medicine and the strange and costly things of the seven jewels, he buys it back again at twice the price. He prizes virtue and esteems the worthy, he honors the Way and holds learning heavy, and to high monks from far regions he shows a special courtesy and reverence.

4The monastery where Dehui and Jianhui made their treatises
去城不遠，有大伽藍，阿折羅阿羅漢之所建立，德慧、堅慧菩薩之所遊止，於中制論，並盛流布。
Not far from the city there is a great monastery. It was raised by the arhat Azheluo, and it is where the bodhisattvas Dehui and Jianhui journeyed and stayed. There they made their treatises, and all of them have spread widely abroad.
自此西北行七百餘里，至阿難陁補羅國。
Going northwest from here more than seven hundred li, one comes to the country of Annantuobuluo.
