Jingang Jing (The Diamond Sutra) Complete in one volume "All marks that exist are empty and false" — a sutra that teaches one to give rise to the mind without dwelling anywhere. It follows, just as they stand, the thirty-two sections into which Prince Zhaoming divided it. It is told that Huineng, the Sixth Patriarch, heard one line of this sutra and set his heart on awakening.

1Where the Sutra Is, There Is a Stupa

"Furthermore, Subhuti! Wherever this sutra is spoken, even so much as a four-line verse, know that all the gods, humans, and asuras of the whole world should make offerings at that place as they would at a stupa of the Buddha. How much more for one who can take up and keep the whole of it, reading and reciting it.

Subhuti! Know this: such a person will perfect the highest, foremost, rarest Dharma. And wherever this scripture is found is like the place where the Buddha is, and where honored disciples are with him."
