倭國,在帶方東南大海㠀中。漢末以來立女王。土俗已見前史。建元元年,進新除使持節、都督倭新羅任那加羅秦韓六國諸軍事、安東大將軍、倭王武號爲鎭東大將軍。
Wa lies among the islands of the great sea southeast of Daebang. Since the end of Han they have set up queens. The customs of that land are already seen in the earlier histories. In the first year of Jianyuan the title of Bu (武), king of Wa, newly appointed commissioner bearing the tally, commander of all military affairs of the six lands of Wa, Silla, Imna, Gara and Jinhan, and Great General Who Pacifies the East, was raised to Great General Who Guards the East.
