1Emperor Korei
大日本根子彦太瓊天皇。日本足彦押人天皇太子也。母曰押媛。蓋天足彦國押人命之女乎。
Emperor Oyamatonekohikofutoni (大日本根子彦太瓊天皇) was the crown prince of Emperor Yamatotarashihikooshihito. His mother was called Oshihime. She was, it seems, the daughter of Ametarashihikokunioshihito no Mikoto.
2He is made crown prince
天皇以日本足彦國押人天皇七十六年春正月。立爲皇太子。
The emperor was set up as crown prince in the seventy-sixth year of Emperor Yamatotarashihikokunioshihito, in spring, the first month.
3The former sovereign dies
百二年春正月。日本足彦押人天皇崩。
In the one hundred and second year, in spring, the first month, Emperor Yamatotarashihikooshihito died.
4The former sovereign is buried
秋九月甲午朔丙午。葬日本足彦國押人天皇于玉手丘上陵。
In autumn, the ninth month, the first day being a gabo day, on the byeongo day, Emperor Yamatotarashihikokunioshihito was buried in the tomb on the hill of Tamate.
5He moves to Iotonomiya
冬十二月癸亥朔丙寅。皇太子遷都於黒田。是謂廬戸宮。
In winter, the twelfth month, the first day being a gyehae day, on the byeongin day, the crown prince moved the capital to Kuroda. This is called Iotonomiya (廬戸宮).
6He ascends the throne
元年元年春正月壬辰朔癸卯。太子即天皇位。尊皇后曰皇太后。是年也太歳辛未。
In the first year, in spring, the first month, the first day being an imjin day, on the gyemyo day, the crown prince ascended the throne. He honored the empress and called her the empress dowager. In this year the year sign was sinmi.
7The first ancestor of the Kibi no Omi is born
二年春二月丙辰朔丙寅。立細媛命爲皇后。后生大日本根子彦國牽天皇。妃倭國香媛生倭迹迹日百襲姫命。彦五十狹芹彦命。倭迹迹稚屋姫命。亦妃■某弟生彦狹嶋命。稚武彦命。弟稚武彦命。是吉備臣之始祖也。
In the second year, in spring, the second month, the first day being a byeongjin day, on the byeongin day, Hosohime no Mikoto was set up as empress. The empress bore Emperor Oyamatonekohikokunikuru.
The consort Yamato no Kunikahime (倭國香媛) bore Yamatototohimomosohime no Mikoto, Hikoisaserihiko no Mikoto, and Yamatototowakayahime no Mikoto. Another consort, □irodo (某弟), bore Hikosashima no Mikoto and Wakatakehiko no Mikoto. The younger brother Wakatakehiko no Mikoto is the first ancestor of the Kibi no Omi (吉備臣).

One account says she was Kasuga no Chichihayayamakahime (春日千乳早山香媛). Another account says she was Mashitahime (眞舌媛), the daughter of the ancestor of the Tochi no Agatanushi.
亦名□某姉。
She is also called □irone (某姉).
亦名吉備津彦命。
He is also called Kibitsuhiko no Mikoto (吉備津彦命).
8A crown prince is set up
卅六年春正月己亥朔。立彦國牽尊爲皇太子。
In the thirty-sixth year, in spring, the first month, on the first day, a gihae day, Hikokunikuru no Mikoto was set up as crown prince.
9He dies
七十六年春二月丙午朔癸丑。天皇崩。
In the seventy-sixth year, in spring, the second month, the first day being a byeongo day, on the gyechuk day, the emperor died.
