1Ungju
熊州，本百濟舊都，唐高宗遣蘇定方平之，置熊津都督府，新羅文武王取其地有之，神文王改爲熊川州，置都督，景德王十六年，改名熊州，今公州，領縣二，尼山縣，本百濟熱也山縣，景德王改名，今因之，淸音縣，本百濟伐音支縣，景德王改名，今新豐縣
Ungju (熊州) was in its origin the old capital of Baekje. Gaozong of Tang sent Su Dingfang to subdue it and set up the governorate of Ungjin. King Munmu of Silla took that land and held it, and King Sinmun changed it to Ungcheonju and set a governor there. In the sixteenth year of King Gyeongdeok the name was changed to Ungju. It is the present Gongju. It had two counties under it.
Isan-hyeon (尼山縣) was in its origin the Baekje county of Yeoryasan. King Gyeongdeok changed the name. It remains so today. Cheongeum-hyeon (淸音縣) was in its origin the Baekje county of Beoreumji. King Gyeongdeok changed the name. It is the present Sinpung-hyeon.
2Seowongyeong
西原京，神文王五年，初置西原小京，景德王改名西原京，今淸州
Seowongyeong (西原京) was first set up as the lesser capital of Seowon in the fifth year of King Sinmun. King Gyeongdeok changed the name to Seowongyeong. It is the present Cheongju.
3Daerok-gun
大麓郡，本百濟大木岳郡，景德王改名，今木州，領縣二，馴雉縣，本百濟甘買縣，景德王改名，今豐歲縣，金池縣，本百濟仇知縣，景德王改名，今全義縣
Daerok-gun (大麓郡) was in its origin the Baekje commandery of Daemogak. King Gyeongdeok changed the name. It is the present Mokju. It had two counties under it.
Sunchi-hyeon (馴雉縣) was in its origin the Baekje county of Gammae. King Gyeongdeok changed the name. It is the present Pungse-hyeon. Geumji-hyeon (金池縣) was in its origin the Baekje county of Guji. King Gyeongdeok changed the name. It is the present Jeonui-hyeon.
4Garim-gun
嘉林郡，本百濟嘉林郡，景德王改加爲嘉，今因之，領縣二，馬山縣，本百濟縣，景德王改州郡名，及今並因之，翰山縣，本百濟大山縣，景德王改名，今鴻山縣
Garim-gun (嘉林郡) was in its origin the Baekje commandery of Garim (加林郡). King Gyeongdeok kept the sound ga but changed the graph, writing 嘉 for 加. It remains so today. It had two counties under it.
Masan-hyeon (馬山縣) was in its origin a Baekje county. King Gyeongdeok changed the names of the provinces and commanderies, and down to the present they have all remained so. Hansan-hyeon (翰山縣) was in its origin the Baekje county of Daesan. King Gyeongdeok changed the name. It is the present Hongsan-hyeon.
5Seorim-gun
西林郡，本百濟舌林郡，景德王改名，今因之，領縣二，藍浦縣，本百濟寺浦縣，景德王改名，今因之，庇仁縣，本百濟比衆縣，景德王改名，今因之
Seorim-gun (西林郡) was in its origin the Baekje commandery of Seollim. King Gyeongdeok changed the name. It remains so today. It had two counties under it.
Nampo-hyeon (藍浦縣) was in its origin the Baekje county of Sapo. King Gyeongdeok changed the name. It remains so today. Biin-hyeon (庇仁縣) was in its origin the Baekje county of Bijung. King Gyeongdeok changed the name. It remains so today.
6Isan-gun
伊山郡，本百濟馬尸山郡，景德王改名，今因之，領縣二，目牛縣，本百濟牛見縣，景德王改名，今未詳，今武縣，本百濟今勿縣，景德王改名，今德豐縣
Isan-gun (伊山郡) was in its origin the Baekje commandery of Masisan. King Gyeongdeok changed the name. It remains so today. It had two counties under it.
Mogu-hyeon (目牛縣) was in its origin the Baekje county of Ugyeon. King Gyeongdeok changed the name. Where it is today is not clear. Geummu-hyeon (今武縣) was in its origin the Baekje county of Geummul. King Gyeongdeok changed the name. It is the present Deokpung-hyeon.
7Hyeseong-gun
槥城郡，本百濟槥郡，景德王改名，今因之，領縣三，唐津縣，本百濟伐首只縣，景德王改名，今因之，餘邑縣，本百濟餘村縣，景德王改名，今餘美縣，新平縣，本百濟沙平縣，景德王改名，今因之

King Gyeongdeok changed the name. It is the present Yeomi-hyeon. Sinpyeong-hyeon (新平縣) was in its origin the Baekje county of Sapyeong. King Gyeongdeok changed the name. It remains so today.
8Buyeo-gun
扶餘郡，本百濟所夫里郡，唐將蘇定方與庾信平之，文武王十二年置摠管，景德王改名，今因之，領縣二，石山縣，本百濟珍惡山縣，景德王改名，今石城縣，悅城縣，本百濟悅已縣，景德王改名，今定山縣
Buyeo-gun (扶餘郡) was in its origin the Baekje commandery of Soburi. Su Dingfang, a general of Tang, subdued it together with Yusin, and in the twelfth year of King Munmu a chonggwan was set there. King Gyeongdeok changed the name. It remains so today. It had two counties under it.
Seoksan-hyeon (石山縣) was in its origin the Baekje county of Jinaksan. King Gyeongdeok changed the name. It is the present Seokseong-hyeon. Yeolseong-hyeon (悅城縣) was in its origin the Baekje county of Yeori. King Gyeongdeok changed the name. It is the present Jeongsan-hyeon.
9Imseong-gun
任城郡，本百濟任存城，景德王改名，今大興郡，領縣二，靑正縣，本百濟古良夫里縣，景德王改名，今靑陽縣，孤山縣，本百濟烏山縣，景德王改名，今禮山縣
Imseong-gun (任城郡) was in its origin the Baekje fortress of Imjon. King Gyeongdeok changed the name. It is the present Daeheung-gun. It had two counties under it.
Cheongjeong-hyeon (靑正縣) was in its origin the Baekje county of Goryangburi. King Gyeongdeok changed the name. It is the present Cheongyang-hyeon. Gosan-hyeon (孤山縣) was in its origin the Baekje county of Osan. King Gyeongdeok changed the name. It is the present Yesan-hyeon.
10Hwangsan-gun
黃山郡，本百濟黃等也山郡，景德王改名，今連山縣，領縣二，鎭嶺縣，本百濟眞峴縣（眞一作貞），景德王改名，今鎭岑縣，珍同縣，本百濟縣，景德王改州郡名，及今並因之
Hwangsan-gun (黃山郡) was in its origin the Baekje commandery of Hwangdeungyasan. King Gyeongdeok changed the name. It is the present Yeonsan-hyeon. It had two counties under it.
Jillyeong-hyeon (鎭嶺縣) was in its origin the Baekje county of Jinhyeon, where the graph jin (眞) is also written jeong (貞). King Gyeongdeok changed the name. It is the present Jinjam-hyeon. Jindong-hyeon (珍同縣) was in its origin a Baekje county. King Gyeongdeok changed the names of the provinces and commanderies, and down to the present they have all remained so.
11Bipung-gun
比豐郡，本百濟雨述郡，景德王改名，今懷德郡，領縣二，儒城縣，本百濟奴斯只縣，景德王改名，今因之，赤鳥縣，本百濟所比浦縣，景德王改名，今德津縣
Bipung-gun (比豐郡) was in its origin the Baekje commandery of Usul. King Gyeongdeok changed the name. It is the present Hoedeok-gun. It had two counties under it.
Yuseong-hyeon (儒城縣) was in its origin the Baekje county of Nosaji. King Gyeongdeok changed the name. It remains so today. Jeogo-hyeon (赤烏縣) was in its origin the Baekje county of Sobipo. King Gyeongdeok changed the name. It is the present Deokjin-hyeon.
12Gyeolseong-gun
潔城郡，本百濟結已郡，景德王改名，今因之，領縣二，新邑縣，本百濟新村縣，景德王改名，今保寧縣，新良縣，本百濟沙尸良縣，景德王改名，今黎陽縣

14Buseong-gun

Buseong-gun (富城郡) was in its origin the Baekje commandery of Gi. King Gyeongdeok changed the name. It remains so today. It had two counties under it.
Sotae-hyeon (蘇泰縣) was in its origin the Baekje county of Seongdaehye. King Gyeongdeok changed the name. It remains so today. Jiyuk-hyeon (地育縣) was in its origin the Baekje county of Jiryuk. King Gyeongdeok changed the name. It is the present Bukgok-hyeon.
15Tangjeong-gun
湯井郡，本百濟郡，文武王十一年，唐咸亨二年，爲州置摠管，咸亨十二年，廢州爲郡，景德王因之，今溫水郡，領縣二，陰峯（一云陰岑）縣，本百濟牙述縣，景德王改名，今牙州，祁梁縣，本百濟屈直縣，景德王改名，今新昌縣
Tangjeong-gun (湯井郡) was in its origin a Baekje commandery. In the eleventh year of King Munmu, the second year of Xianheng of Tang, it was made a province and a chonggwan was set there. In the twelfth year of Xianheng the province was done away with and it was made a commandery. King Gyeongdeok left it as it was. It is the present Onsu-gun. It had two counties under it.
Eumbong-hyeon (陰峯縣, also called Eumjam) was in its origin the Baekje county of Asul. King Gyeongdeok changed the name. It is the present Aju. Giryang-hyeon (祁梁縣) was in its origin the Baekje county of Guljik. King Gyeongdeok changed the name. It is the present Sinchang-hyeon.
16Jeonju
全州，本百濟完山，眞興王十六年爲州，二十六年州廢，神文王五年復置完山州，景德王十六年改名，今因之，領縣三，杜城縣，本百濟豆伊縣，景德王改名，今伊城縣，金溝縣，本百濟仇知只山縣，景德王改名，今因之，高山縣，本百濟縣，景德王改州郡名，及今因之
Jeonju (全州) was in its origin the Baekje Wansan. In the sixteenth year of King Jinheung it was made a province, and in the twenty-sixth year the province was done away with. In the fifth year of King Sinmun the province of Wansan was set up again. In the sixteenth year of King Gyeongdeok the name was changed. It remains so today. It had three counties under it.
Duseong-hyeon (杜城縣) was in its origin the Baekje county of Dui. King Gyeongdeok changed the name. It is the present Iseong-hyeon. Geumgu-hyeon (金溝縣) was in its origin the Baekje county of Gujijisan. King Gyeongdeok changed the name. It remains so today. Gosan-hyeon (高山縣) was in its origin a Baekje county. King Gyeongdeok changed the names of the provinces and commanderies, and it remains so today.
17Namwonsogyeong
南原小京，本百濟古龍郡，新羅幷之，新文王五年，初置小京，景德王十六年置南原小京，今南原府
Namwonsogyeong (南原小京) was in its origin the Baekje commandery of Goryong, and Silla joined it to itself. In the fifth year of King Sinmun a lesser capital was first set up there, and in the sixteenth year of King Gyeongdeok the lesser capital of Namwon was set up. It is the present Namwon-bu.
18Daesan-gun
大山郡，本百濟大尸山郡，景德王改名，今泰山郡，領縣三，井邑縣，本百濟井村，景德王改名，今因之，斌城縣，本百濟賓屈縣，景德王改名，今仁義縣，野西縣，本百濟也西伊縣，景德王改名，今巨野縣
Daesan-gun (大山郡) was in its origin the Baekje commandery of Daesisan. King Gyeongdeok changed the name. It is the present Taesan-gun. It had three counties under it.
Jeongeup-hyeon (井邑縣) was in its origin the Baekje Jeongchon. King Gyeongdeok changed the name. It remains so today. Binseong-hyeon (斌城縣) was in its origin the Baekje county of Bingul. King Gyeongdeok changed the name. It is the present Inui-hyeon. Yaseo-hyeon (野西縣) was in its origin the Baekje county of Yaseoi. King Gyeongdeok changed the name. It is the present Geoya-hyeon.

武州，本百濟地，神文王六年爲武珍州，景德王改爲武州，今光州，領縣三，玄雄縣，本百濟未冬夫里縣，景德王改名，今南平郡，龍山縣，本百濟伏龍縣，景德王改名，今復故，祁陽縣，本百濟屈支縣，景德王改名，今昌平縣
Muju (武州) was in its origin Baekje land. In the sixth year of King Sinmun it was made Mujinju, and King Gyeongdeok changed it to Muju. It is the present Gwangju. It had three counties under it.
Hyeonung-hyeon (玄雄縣) was in its origin the Baekje county of Midongburi. King Gyeongdeok changed the name. It is the present Nampyeong-gun. Yongsan-hyeon (龍山縣) was in its origin the Baekje county of Bongnyong. King Gyeongdeok changed the name. Today it has gone back to its old name. Giyang-hyeon (祁陽縣) was in its origin the Baekje county of Gulji. King Gyeongdeok changed the name. It is the present Changpyeong-hyeon.
