The Country of Shiqini屍棄尼國
屍棄尼國周二千餘里，國大都城周五六里。山川連屬，沙石遍野。多宿麥，少穀稼，林樹稀疏，花果寡少。氣序寒烈，風俗獷勇，忍於殺戮，務於盜竊，不知禮義，不識善惡，迷未來禍福，懼現世災殃。形貌鄙陋，皮褐為服。文字同睹貨邏國，語言有異。
The country of Shiqini is more than two thousand li around. The great capital city of the country is five or six li around. Mountains and rivers join one to another, and sand and stone lie all over the fields. There is much winter wheat and little other grain, the woods are thin and scattered, and flowers and fruit are few. The climate is cold and harsh, and the customs are rough and bold. They can bear to kill, and they work hard at thieving. They know nothing of rite and right, and they do not tell good from evil. They are blind to the blessing and the harm of the world to come, yet they fear the calamities of this world. Their looks are low and coarse, and they make their clothing of skins and coarse cloth. Their writing is the same as in the country of Duhuoluo, but their speech is different.
越達摩悉鐵帝國大山之南，至商彌國。
