The descendants of Ohokuninushi大國主神之子
1The children of Ohokuninushi
故此大國主神，娶坐胸形奧津宫神，多紀理毗賣命，生子，阿遲鉏高日子根神；次，妹高比賣命，亦名，下光比賣命。此之阿遲鉏高日子根神者，今謂迦毛大御神者也。大國主神，亦娶神屋楯比賣命，生子，事代主神。亦娶八嶋牟遲能神之女，時量師神，生子，豊布都神。
This Ohokuninushi no Kami took to wife Takiribime no Mikoto, the god who dwells in the Okitsumiya of Munakata, and the child born was Ajisukitakahikone no Kami (阿遲鉏高日子根神). Next was his sister Takahime no Mikoto (高比賣命), whose other name is Shitateruhime no Mikoto (下光比賣命). This Ajisukitakahikone no Kami is the one now called Kamo no Ohomikami (迦毛大御神).
Ohokuninushi no Kami also took to wife Kamuyatatehime no Mikoto (神屋楯比賣命), and the child born was Kotoshironushi no Kami (事代主神).
He also took to wife Tokihakashi no Kami (時量師神), the daughter of Yashimamuji no Kami (八嶋牟遲能神), and the child born was Toyofutsu no Kami (豐布都神).

此神，娶日名照額田毗道男伊許知迩神，生子，國忍富神。此神，娶葦那陀迦神，亦名八河江比賣，生子，速甕之多氣佐波夜遲奴美神。此神，娶天之甕主神之女，前玉比賣，生子，正鹿山津見神。此神，娶淤加美神之女，比那良志毗賣，生子，多比理岐志麻流美神。此神，娶比比羅木之其花麻豆美神之女，活玉前玉比賣神，生子，坐御諸山上神。此神，娶猿田毘古神之女，青沼馬沼押比賣，生子，布忍富鳥鳴海神。此神，娶若盡女神，生子，天日腹大科度美神。此神，娶天侠霧神之女，遠津待根神，生子，遠津待根神。 右件自八嶋士奴美神以下、遠津山岬帶神以前，稱十七世神。
This god took to wife Hinaterunukatabichioikochini no Kami (日名照額田毗道男伊許知迩神), and the child born was Kunioshitomi no Kami (國忍富神).
This god took to wife Ashinadaka no Kami (葦那陀迦神), whose other name is Yagawaehime (八河江比賣), and the child born was Hayamika no Takesawayajinumi no Kami (速甕之多氣佐波夜遲奴美神).
This god took to wife Sakitamahime (前玉比賣), the daughter of Ame no Mikanushi no Kami (天之甕主神), and the child born was Masakayamatsumi no Kami (正鹿山津見神).
This god took to wife Hinarashibime (比那良志毗賣), the daughter of Okami no Kami, and the child born was Tahirikishimarumi no Kami (多比理岐志麻流美神).
This god took to wife Ikutamasakitamahime no Kami (活玉前玉比賣神), the daughter of Hihiragi no Sonohanamazumi no Kami (比比羅木之其花麻豆美神), and the child born was the god who dwells on Mount Mimoro (坐御諸山上神).
This god took to wife Aonumanuoshihime (青沼馬沼押比賣), the daughter of Sarutabiko no Kami (猿田毘古神), and the child born was Nunooshitomitorinarumi no Kami (布忍富鳥鳴海神).
This god took to wife Wakatsukushime no Kami (若盡女神), and the child born was Ame no Hibaraohoshinadomi no Kami (天日腹大科度美神).
This god took to wife Tohotsumachine no Kami (遠津待根神), the daughter of Ame no Sagiri no Kami (天侠霧神), and the child born was Tohotsumachine no Kami.
Those above, from Yashimajinumi no Kami down to Tohotsuyamasakitarashi no Kami (遠津山岬帶神), are called the seventeen generations of gods.
