Sanguozhi Dongyi Zhuan (Accounts of the Eastern Yi in the Records of the Three Kingdoms)三國志 魏書 烏丸鮮卑東夷傳

Chen Shou, with commentary by Pei Songzhi · late 3rd century (the commentary, 429) · China · 14 entries · 16,426 Chinese characters

The oldest Chinese record of the countries round about. Buyeo, Goguryeo, Okjeo, Eumnu, Ye, the Three Han and the people of Wa appear here for the first time. The same brush set down in one scroll the Wuhuan and the Xianbei to the north and Da Qin — Rome — to the west, so that the measure by which the China of that day divided others up is laid bare along with them.

All 16,426 graphs of volume 30 have been translated (14 entries complete). The quotations from the Weilüe and the Wei shu that Pei Songzhi brought in are set up separately as 「commentary」, and the five places where the editions part are left as the source text has them and stated as issues.
